SCWRC Leads Southwest Corridor Tour at AIA 2025

The Southwest Corridor Research Collaborative led a sold-out walking tour of the Southwest Corridor for the AIA Conference on Architecture. Attendees from across the country learned about the history of community activism and the design decisions that guided the project. Major stops on the tour included Back Bay Station, Ruggles Station, and Stony Brook Station, with key parks, public art pieces, ventilation structures, and civic buildings pointed out along the way. The tour dove into the complex legacy of the project and highlighted design details along its length.
