Hale, Carr and Maulsby present at ACSA Annual Meeting
March 22, 2025

The Southwest Corridor Research Collaborative’s paper entitled, “Engaging Histories of Repair: Ruggles Station and Boston’s Southwest Corridor” was selected for presentation and publication in the proceedings for the 113th Annual Meeting of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture, held in New Orleans. In a session entitled “Society + Community: Urban Design and Participatory Processes,” Hale, Carr, and Maulsby discussed how the ongoing research has driven pedagogical approaches to teaching repair in our courses at Northeastern and our own continuing interrogation of the university’s own relationship to its urban context and neighbors.
